March Favourites 2014 | Blogpost

Now that March is coming to an end it's time to show off what I have been loving this past month. P.S. Who else thinks March went by super quickly?

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is a recent purchase of mine and I figured it had to be in my March Favorites as it has been a wonder to me this month. If you'd like to check out what I thought of this product then read my review here.

Garnier PureActive Exfo-Brusher Wash is something I have been using as part of my daily skincare routine. It's really useful for leaving your skin feeling refreshed and soft as ever. It's supposed to help prevent spots and any sort of breakout on your skin and I believe it does a great job of doing so. The brush you use to wash your face with is so soft and gentle on your skin and doesn't irritate it in the slightest.

Paul Mitchell Super Strong Liquid Treatment This product I have been loving for a while now. I've had it since November last year, it's lasted me that long! I went through a phase where my hair kept falling out, it was ridiculous and I was so scared haha! I picked this up in a hairdresser salon and I have been using it ever since. It's used for damaged and weak hair, you spray it on your hair either dry or damp. I prefer spraying it on damp hair only on my roots and them comb that through.

P.S Love Beauty Lip Crayon Nude I have been loving the Primark new beauty range recently. My favorite product would have to be their Nude Lip Crayon which they brought out. For only £1.50 I thought this was such a bargain as it gives you a lovely colour on your lips and it's very noticeable. It also manages to moisturize your lips.

P.S Love Nail Varnish Lilac as I really loved Primark's Lip Crayon, I thought I'd try out there nail varnish range. I bought 3 of there nail varnishes and I have to say that the Lilac colour is definitely my favorite. I thought this was a great colour for spring and I absolutely love the opaque colour it gives your nails.

Yankee Candle Petal Bowl Wax Burner I have been obsessed with Yankee Candle Wax Tarts recently. Read my post here. I purchased a Wax Burner off of amazon recently and I love it so much. I love the different smells of each Wax Tart. I recently purchased 2 more wax tarts that came in the mail today - Strawberry Buttercream and Sweet Strawberry. If you are obsessed with scented candles just like me then I would highly recommend getting a Wax Burner for all the amazing smelling wax tarts that leave you room with a beautiful strong scent throughout the whole day.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water | Skincare

My recent purchase from Boots was this Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I've only ever used makeup wipes to take off my makeup before bed, but I have seen a lot of good reviews about this product that when I saw it in Boots, I bought it straight away. This product cleanses your skin whilst removing your make up at time. I find it to be so gentle on your skin and you can easily use it around your eyes to take your mascara off without any problem at all. It doesn't sting and it works wonders - we all know how much of a pain eye make up can be to remove sometimes but with this product, it makes removing make up 100 times easier. This product is fantastic for sensitive skin as it's very light when you apply it onto your face. Also, another great thing about this product is that you don't have to rinse your face after you use it which saves us so much more time. I am really enjoying this product and I will most defiantly be repurchasing this.

Got2B hair products | Review

Today I thought I'd do a hair product review for you today. I'm going to be reviewing the Schwarzkopf Got2B beach matt mermaid look TEXTURIZING SALT SPRAY and the Schwarzkopf Got2B Guardian Angel 220•C HEAT PROTECTION SPRAY.

I have wanted to try out a salt spray for a long time, I just never got around to buying one. When I saw this in my local superdrug I bought it without hesitating. You can use this spray on wet hair or dry hair, I personally prefer it when I use it on wet hair as I believe it gives me a lot more volume, texture and curl. Whenever I use it on dry hair I tends to my hair feel and look greasy and I feel that it doesn't give me a nice curl as much. I will say that this product does tend to make your hair really knotty therefore I would recommend using a de-tangler daily! This product gives you lovely wavy curls when used on wet hair, and leaves a beautiful fragence throughout the whole day.

When I bought the salt spray I saw the heat defense spray and thought I might as well try that out as well. If I'm perfectly honest, this spray is no different to any other heat defense spray. I don't use this on dry hair as it only says to use it on wet hair - although I did try it out on dry hair and it made my hair very greasy looking. Defiantly use this product on wet hair!
There's nothing special about this product, as I find it to be the same as any other heat defense spray.

My Haircare Routine | Beauty blog

I absolutely love hair products and I love trying out a variety of new ones every so often. Growing up, I've changed my haircare routine throughout the years and I've tried many different products in my hair to see which one works best for me. I have long hair, and for those who also have long hair will know what a pain it is to maintain and take care of. I have recently found a routine that suits me perfectly right now (although I'm bound to change it again soon) - I thought I'd share with you all my current haircare routine and what products I use on my hair.

I wash my hair every 2 days because luckily my hair doesn't get greasy too quickly, plus I like letting my natural oils into my hair. I use Argen Oil  Shampoo and Conditioner which works wonders for my hair. Seeing as I colour my hair, it tends to get very dry and weak but ever since using this Shampoo and Conditioner I can really tell the difference. It gives my hair so much moisture and makes it feel so soft. It also leaves a beautiful scent in my hair which is always a bonus!

Once I washed my hair, I like to use either John Frieda Frizz-Ease Syrum or Trevor Sorbie Humidity Control Spray. I like to use these as my hair is VERY frizzy and crazy after I blow dry it. Once I use these it kinda helps to keep that frizzness down and helps maintain my hair a lot better.

When my hair is still damp I use my Paul Mitchell Super Strong Liquid Treatment which is for chemically treated, damaged, weak or fine hair. I spray this onto my roots whilst my hair is still wet. This product helps to strengthen weak hair, replace lost nutrients and prevents breakage. I absolutely love this product and I've nearly used it all up which I'm rather sad about.

Lastly BEFORE I blow dry my hair, I spray this Got2B Heat Defense Spray all over my damp hair and just quickly comb that through so that's it's spreader evenly throughout my whole hair. After that I then get onto blow drying my hair and styling it.

Soap and Glory Products | Review

I am a massive Soap and Glory fan and I've had these products for quite a while now therefore I figured I would share my thoughts and views on these products for you all.

Soap and Glory Face Soap I use this product as part of my daily skincare routine and I love it. I use this near enough every morning to cleanse my face before putting my make up on. This face wash is so refreshing and leaves your skin feeling extremely soft throughout the entire day. This product contains Jojoba scrub-beads which means that not only does this product cleanse your skin but it also exfoliates it at the same time.

Soap and Glory Hand Food is officially my new favorite hand cream ever. I went through a weird phase where I started to get very dry hands and I heard a lot about this product that I decided to try it out and I've never looked back since! It's extremely moisturizing and absorbs within seconds. It doesn't leave any sticky residue on the skin which is fabulous. I would really recommend this product for people who suffer with dry, parched skin.

Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter smells beautiful just like all the other Soap and Glory products. It's so soothing and moisturizing on your skin that I just completely fell in love with it. This product includes Shea Butter and Aloe Vera. I don't tend to use this every single time I have a bath but I do like using it once I've shaved my legs as it leaves them feeling extra soft. Just like the Hand Food, this product doesn't take long to sink into your skin which is amazing because you don't have to wait around to do something. For just £10.50 I think this product is an absolute must have.

What's on my iPhone? | Tag

Hello lovelies, as you can tell from the title I am doing a "what's on my iphone?" tag which I have seen A LOT of bloggers do. I love reading What's on my iPhone blog posts so I thought I'd do one myself and share it with you guys.

First off, I have an iPhone 5S and here are my home screens which I'm sure you're all familiar with. I have a daisy print as my background because I am literally obsessed with daisies at the moment. As you can see I like to keep my apps in seperate folders, I don't know why but I've always done it and I'm a bit OCD when it comes to layouts of things.

The first folder is my favourites folder which contains my favourite apps that I tend to use every single day. I got my Twitter, Facebook and Instagram which are the main apps that I use daily. I have the YouTube app which I mainly use to watch make up videos or the shaytards! My Pinterest and my Tumblr apps I use occasionally, I don't pin or reblog every single day but they're both really fun for when you don't really have anything to do. Of course I have Blogger on my phone, I think it's so handy for when you want to do really quick blogs now and then. I have SnapChat which I used to use all the time but I don't as much anymore. Then I have my Yahoo Mail which is always handy.

My second folder is my Games folder but as you can see, I don't have many. However this folder used to be completely filled up with games, but I just never used them and found that these 2 were the only ones I use. Pretty boring but hay ho!

This is my photography folder which is really handy because it's where I edit all of my pictures. Whitagram is an app I used ALL THE TIME to edit my Instagram pictures, it basically has a lot of different filters and it gives you the white bit around the edges of your pictures which I really like. InstapicFrames is just a whole bunch of different frames you can use for pictures. VSCO cam is another app with different filters and I really like the filters which they use in this app, go check it out if you haven't already because you will fall in love with the filters. They're vintage filters and just ugh I love them. Then PolyVore is my last photo app which I use to create collages like the first picture on this blog, it's a really handy app for creating collages.

My last folder on here is my lifestyle folder and if I'm honest I don't actually know what this folder is. It's just a bunch of random apps that I bunged in there. ASOS being my favourite online shopping website. Amazon because I tend to shop from there a lot mainly for Yankee Candles. iTube is an app that I discovered a few weeks ago, it's basically YouTube but it lets you play the music in the background where as the YouTube app doesn't let you do that. Lastly, IMDB is an app that I don't use as much as I used to. It's basically got all the latest gossip about celebrities and new upcoming movies. It's got tons of movie trailers and shizzle.

Would you rather | Beauty Tag

1  Would you rather go out with messy hair and nice make-up or Nice hair and no make-up?
Definitely would go out with messy hair and nice make-up. Sounds weird but I actually love messy hair and how it looks. I personally think it looks as if your hair has much more texture to it. Plus, I could never go out with no make-up on, I literally look like a gremlin without it.

✿ Would you rather shave your eyebrows or have your eyelashes fall out?
This is such a hard question because I love both my eyebrows and eyelashes! I suppose if your shave your eyebrows off, you could always draw them on again?! I'm gonna go with shaving my eyebrows.

✿ Would you rather be forced to shop at only MAC or Sephora for the rest of your life?
MAC 100%.

Would you rather wear lip gloss/lip liner look or 80's perm?
I'd have to say 80's perm. I'd love to have lived in the 80's and have hair like that. Beautiful!

✿ Would you rather leave the house with an obvious foundation line or overdone blush?
Probably an obvious foundation line because you can always fix it! Overdone blush is a no no.

✿ Would you rather wear MC Hammer pants or biker shorts in public?
Biker shorts. MC hammer pants are just too much!

✿ Would you rather have a bad orange-y spray tan or really weird tan lines that can't be covered?
I would rather have weird tan lines. I'd be so embarrassed walking around in public completely orange. I'd rather have weird tan lines, that way you won't look as silly. I think.

✿ Would you rather have a bad haircut or bad hair color?
Bad hair colour without hesitation. You'd have to wait forever to your hair to grow back to how you want it to be whereas with a bad hair colour you'd always be able to sort it out quickly.

✿ Would you rather have YouTube or twitter taken away forever?
Oh no! I'm obsessed with Twitter and I'm obsessed with YouTube. I genuinely wouldn't know what to do if any of them go taken away forever. I think I'd have to go with Twitter.

✿ Would you rather give up using makeup brushes or mascara?
Makeup brushes. I can easily live my life without makeup brushes, but I wouldn't be able to cope without mascara. Mascara is my favorite makeup product.

WHAT'S IN MY BAG? | Blogpost

I thought it'd be fun to do a "What's in my bag" blog post today and share with you all the random things that I have in my bag. I have a gorgeous black bag which I picked up from Primark last year whilst I was out shopping. It has lasted me such a long time and I'm absolutely in love with it.

So, What's in my bag? I got my gorgeous Karen Millen Signature Leather Purse in a beautiful yellow colour which is perfect for the spring/summer time. A family member bought this purse for me on my 17th birthday. I have my FCUK For Her Spray which I always carry around with me. I have my Wreck This Journal which I've had for about 3 months now, (note to self: Start getting back into it!) I bought it off of Amazon. Soap and Glory Hand Food is something I use daily therefore I carry it around with me EVERYWHERE. I have a random iPhone case which I hardly ever use. You're probably wondering why I have a pair of fluffy socks, it was from when I was staying round my boyfriends house - I get really cold feet and decided to bring a pair. I never took them back out of my bag. iPhone headphones which are always handy. I have a mini travel size of Dove Indulgent with Shea Body Butter Lotion and a mini tub of Pomegranate and Fig Lip Balm (I don't know what the brand is). Lastly, I have a mini travel size of Impulse Body spray - Sweet Smile.

Beauty products I want to try out | Blogpost

Yankee Candle Wax Tarts | Blogpost

I have been loving Yankee Candle Wax Tarts recently ever since I purchased my Wax Tart burner. Yankee Candle has to be the only candle brand I recommend to anyone as they have such a variety of different unique scents to choose from. My first ever Yankee Candle was given to me by a friend and it was the Vanilla Cupcake sampler, which I absolutely fell in love with.

I recently purchased a Wax Tart burner from amazon and I am very happy with it. It's such a beautiful design and goes lovely with my bedroom, plus it was only £7.50! Talk about bargain.

All you do is pop your chosen Wax Tart in the top and burn a unscented tea light underneath. (I use £1 unscented tea lights from poundland which you get in a pack of 30) The wax tart then starts to melt turning into an oil which let's of a strong beautiful fragrance which feels up the whole entire room. The wax tarts are said to last for around 8 hours but I've noticed they last longer! When you blow out your tea light candle and let the oil set back into a wax, you're able to pop the wax out and you can re-use it 3 or 4 more times! You can even mix 2 wax tarts together to get your own unique fragrance if you'd like.

I'm currently using the scent Bahama Breeze which is a beautiful floral scent. I have recently purchased 2 more Yankee Candle Wax Tarts called Salted Caramel and Home Sweet Home.

Salted Caramel smells really sweet and exactly like caramel, where as Home Sweet Home has more of a cinnamon smell to it and it one of those scents that would be perfect for a chilled night in next to the fireplace.

I would highly recommend getting Yankee Candle Wax Tarts as I personally find them to bring off a much stronger smell than the Yankee Candle Jars.
