The past week has been very stressful for me due to work and other random stuff that's going on in my life. Every once in a while I think it's good to just have some time to yourself to help relieve some stress. A pamper evening is great, it helps your mental state as well as your physical and it just really makes you feel 100 times better. I'm going to share with you the things that I like to do on a pamper evening...

Exfoliating - When having a bath on my pamper evening, I usually love to use a good exfoliating body scrub to get rid of all the dead skin and just to help me feel really refreshed. The scrub which I have been using for a few months now is the Rub Rub Rub Scrub from lush, it gives off such a gorgeous clean scent and it's perfect for a pamper evening.

Candles - I feel that candles just put you in the most relaxing mood. I like using a Yankee Candle Wax Tart Burner as they make the whole entire room filled with gorgeous scents. They also last such a long time. I'm currently using a cinnamon scent.

Body Butter - You can never go wrong with Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter after a relaxing bath. I smother this all over my body as soon as I get out of the bath and it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and soft, also it smells incredible.

Face wash - It's so important to wash your face, it leaves you feeling refreshed and clean. I use Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Wash for my face. This is perfect for a pamper evening as I don't use this wash everyday because it can be harsh on your skin, that's why I only use this product once or twice a week. It smells gorgeous. It's also for acne-prone skin.

Nail Polish - I think it's essential to paint your nails whenever you have a pamper evening. It just makes you feel really girly and good about yourself. You could go for a warm colour, or you could go for a really bright colour - whatever you fancy.

A Book - I don't think any pamper evening would be complete without a good ol' book. Right now, I am re-reading The Hunger Games Trilogy. It's such an easy read and I love snuggling up into bed with a good book in my hand.

What are your pamper evening essentials?

I love lipsticks, whether it's high-end or drugstore, lipsticks are my favourite beauty product. I do like a nude lip on an everyday basis, I feel like nude lipsticks are what I am drawn to the most, I feel as if you could never go wrong with a nude lipstick. I have rounded up my top 3 favourite nudes that I have been wearing the most on a day to day basis recently.

P.S Love Primark - I bought this lip crayon when Primark introduced their new beauty range, it's not something I'd usually go for but I saw loads of YouTube videos about these crayons and I wanted to try one out for myself. Although it doesn't last long on the lips, it's a very moisturizing lip product. It's has a very sheer finish to it which is easily build-able and contains a peachy undertone. Perfect for the summer days if you want a suttle look.

Rimmel Kate Moss 03 - This is most pigmented lipstick out of the three and it's the one I've been using the most recently. It has a slightly brown and pink undertone to it, but doesn't wash me out at all. Compared to the other two lip products I have here, this one is more of a matte finish and very pigmented, but I'd recommend moisturizing your lips before putting this on as it does have a tendency to dry out a bit and flake if you have dry lips. It's a long lasting lipstick, I found that it lasts for around 5 hours without having to top up.

Loreal Caresse 501 - A lot less pigmented than the other two - very sheer lipstick but again, easily build-able. I was a bit skeptical about this lipstick at first seeing as it has a brown undertone to it, I thought it would wash me out but it doesn't do that at all. As it's a sheer finish, it keeps my lips feeling very moisturized and it actually lasts on the lips for a few hours without topping up.

What are your favourite nude lipsticks?

As my pay day is just around the corner, I've been doing some online window shopping. The website which I keep coming back to is NEXT as I am really loving their home ware stuff at the moment. I love buying new decorative bits and pieces for the home, I'm such a geek when it comes to decorating rooms as there is so many beautiful home items out there.
I thought I'd put together a little NEXT wishlist to show you guys all the lovely items I am craving to get my hands on.

The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter - £12.00

This cleansing butter is a product that I have been using for quite some time now. I read so much hype about this product that I just had to go and buy it for myself. If you're the type of person that wears waterproof mascara or eyeliner, or any long lasting make up then you'd know how much of an absolute pain it is to remove. This cleansing butter removes waterproof make up instantly, I was so surprised with how well it worked.

The texture of this product reminds me of coconut oil. It's very thin and melts in the warmth of your hand, it also feels amazing when you're applying it to your skin. As soon as you massage this into your skin, it simply melts away your make up without any fuss. A little goes a long way with this product, I usually take a pea size amount and that's enough to do my whole face. It's completely safe to use on the eyes, as it doesn't sting or irritate them plus it's perfect for getting rid of any waterproof make up, such as mascara and eyeliner.

I'd say this product is very similar to the Clinique Cleansing Balm, they both work exactly the same but each have a different fragrance and of course, The Body Shop Cleansing Butter is much cheaper.

I assumed that this product would leave a oily residue on my skin seeing as the product feels extremely greasy when applied to the face, but it doesn't. As soon as I wipe away the product with a warm cloth, it leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth without it being greasy at all. I love how lightweight this feels on my skin when I've applied it.

Have you tried this product? What do you think of it?

Hello my lovelies. I'd like to apologies about the lack of posts recently, myself and my boyfriend both had a week off work so we both spent the whole 7 days together doing all sorts of different things. Therefore I didn't get much time to chill out myself and write a post, but the good news is that I am back and I have so many fun posts lined up for you all. Today's post is going to be 'the beauty blogger tag' which I have seen floating around on various blogs, it looked incredibly fun to do so here it goes.

Why did you start blogging and how long have you been blogging for?
I've had this blog for over a year but never started writing on it until March of this year. I had no clue what to write about until I started becoming extremely interested in the idea of 'beauty bloggers'. I have always had a passion for beauty and fashion related stuff therefore the idea of it seemed perfect for me. I started blogging for a hobby, I wanted something to do in my spare time which I enjoyed doing and so far I am loving every single minute of it.

Whose blog did you fall in love with first?
Zoella blog. She was one of the first youtubers I subscribed to and her blog was the first beauty blog I ever came across. Still to this day, she is my favourite youtuber/blogger.

What was the first blogosphere hyped about product that you bought? Was it worth the hype?
I think it was the Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayons. When they first came out almost everyone hyped about them. I defiantly think they're worth the hype though - one of my favourite lip crayons. I where my orange punch shade near enough everyday.

What are you five favourite things about blogging and being a Beauty Blogger?
1. Writing posts - I am so passionate about beauty and fashion that every time it comes to writing a blog post, I get a bit excited and I really enjoy writing them.
2. Feedback - The feedback you get after writing your posts is always nice to see. It's lovely to know what people think of your blog/blog posts. I love when I get random e-mails from time to time.
3. Freebies - When I started this blog, I didn't start it to get 'free stuff', I started it as a hobby and as something I enjoy doing in my spare time. Although I think every beauty loves getting freebies every now and then. I love promoting the brand and telling you guys my real honest opinion of everything before you go and buy it for yourself.
4. Reading blogs - The blogging community is such a big world and there's so many fantastic blogs out there. I like seeing what other bloggers posts are about and what other bloggers like.
5. Creative - I love how creative you can get with things when you're blogging. You can come up with new style ideas to share and even wishlist posts which are always fun to read.

What have you learnt from being a Beauty Blogger?
It's not so much what I've learnt but I think I've become a much more confident and creative person. Blogging is like my happy place. I'm learning so many new things about who I am as a person and I will continue to learn new things.

Have you changed anything since becoming a Beauty Blogger?
My fashion. Ever since I started blogging, I've been seeing and finding out more about fashion and more about what I like. My style has changed enormously and I feel much more confident in myself and what I wear.

What advice would you give to a beauty blogger just starting out?
Be yourself. I cannot tell you this enough. There's no point in having a blog if you're not going to be the true you. I would also say to always be honest especially when it comes to writing reviews for products. It's okay to say something negative about a product because let's face it, not every product you review is going to be amazing, am I right? Have your own opinion and don't be afraid of it. If you're just into the blogging stuff to get freebies, like I said in one of my answers 'everyone does love getting freebies now and then' but don't base your whole blog on getting freebies, what's the point in having a blog when you're not actually going to put your full 100% effort into it.
What are your top 5 makeup brands?
1. Rimmel
2. Benefit
3. Maybelline
4. MAC
5. Bourjois

Recommend your top 5 beauty products.

3. Maybelline Falsies Mascara - My favourite mascara ever, gives you longer and fuller looking lashes.

I TAG: All of you.

For those who don't know, I very recently signed up to BzzAgent UK which is a website that sends you free stuff for you to review. When you sign up, you answer a bunch of surveys which basically helps them choose the best campaigns for you. Once you've completed all the surveys, you then wait to be invited to a campaign which lets you get freebies. Once your freebie arrives you'll do a bunch of activities on their website to help promote that freebie, the more you complete, the more campaigns you get invited to. It's such a brilliant idea to help promote different products and it's completely free to sign up - so go on and try it out for yourself!

With that being said, I received my 'BzzKit' in the mail a few days ago. I tried it out, completed the activities and then I thought I'd write a review about it on my blog to share my thoughts with you guys.

Shockwaves Voluminous Mousse * retails in stores for £2.75 - really cheap product therefore it's affordable for everyone. I use this on damp clean hair for the best results. I massage it into my roots to give my hair a ultra volume boost. What I love most about this product is the fact that it protects your hair from any heat. Onto the topic of heat, I usually use curlers or straighteners to curl my hair which is obviously really damaging, but with this mousse I can manage to make beautiful wavy curls without using any heat at all which is perfect.

I like how it doesn't make my hair feel too stiff, but I will say that it does make my hair very knotty by the next day and it does hurt when I brush it (just a little reminder). If I saw this product in stores, I'd probably never even think of buying it seeing as I never use a mousse in my hair, but now I am recommending it to all of my friends and family because I simply love it.

Have you tried Shockwaves? What's your favourite product of theirs?
